Armed Forces Covenant

MSI-Defence Systems Ltd are proud to have signed the pledge to uphold the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.

It is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

The Covenant supports serving personnel, service leavers, veterans, and their families, and is fulfilled by the different groups that have committed to making a difference.

We have a long-standing relationship with the UK Military, dating back over 140 years. Not only do we supply equipment and training for them to carry out their active duties in defending the realm and our allies, but we are proud to offer former service personnel a rewarding career at MSI-Defence Systems Ltd, valuing their skills and experience, and their contribution to our diverse community.

As a company, we will endeavour to uphold the key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant:

• Members of the Armed Forces Community should not face disadvantages arising from their service in the provision of public and commercial services.
• In some circumstances special provision may be justified, especially for those who have given the most, such as the injured or bereaved.
